Nice home & pool
Overall this was a nice stay. The home is clean, renovated and comfortable. Could benefit from a new shower head but the water pressure was good and the pool was perfect temp and nice seating with the steps and water bench…also private with the fence and landscape. We used the pool every day! The grill is charcoal but was clean and had the items necessary to use it-though we bought a small camping grill and mini propane tank from Walmart for $50. Beds were comfortable and the living room was comfy for hanging out in the evenings-Xfinity and apps all available. No major concerns during our stay.

Great location
Very clean & comfortable. Enjoyed the Mercato for dinners, right down the street. Short drive to the beach. Loved the heated pool. Small suggestions: Need privacy shades in the master bdrm& trim or tie up the cactus on the yard walkway. We enjoyed our month there and for the most part, Stacy was quick to respond to our concerns. Great place to stay:)

Relax in Naples
Cozy, quiet, and great location. Bike or walk to beach, and short walk to great Mexican restaurant and Whole Foods. Neighborhood is bike and pedestrian friendly. Naples Cyclery and fit cafe is short walking distance. If beach too busy - the private pool is great! Highly recommend.

Lovely Bungalow
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was the cleanliness. The neighborhood was nice as well as the people that live in it and the location was great. The backyard was perfect for our fur baby. We enjoyed the pool, and all of the shade that was offered when you got too hot (or sunburnt). Stacey was very communicative and quickly responded. She even had a bottle of wine waiting for us after a long 15 hour drive. The only downfall for us was the bed. We found it to be uncomfortable but it could be a personal preference too as we are used to sleeping on a foam mattress. I wouldn’t let that deter you though because as for any vacation, no bed is ever as great as your own. I highly recommend this vacation home and would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Home is in a great location close to Vanderbilt beach and the state park. Lots of great restaurants around. Loved havin the pool in the backyard, they have a outside shower to rinse off and plenty shaded areas to sit outside. Loved the decor of the home, you'll love the shower here. Will definitely plan another trip here again.

Great Naples Vacation Spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully located, charming little home. We felt very much at home with our 2 little golden doodles. Easy walk to the Pavilion shops and restaurants as well as to the Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach. Stacey responded to our questions and needs very quickly and was extremely easy to work with. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen, dining area, and living room met our expectations and were just as pictured on the site. We enjoyed the pool virtually every day and spent most afternoons sitting in the shade or sunning on the very comfortable patio furniture. We look forward to returning in the future!

Cute Little House That Felt Like Home
Overall the house is wonderful! All the pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen accessories you need. The living room was very cozy. We loved the backyard and the pool. Location is nice, near the beach and close to a shopping center. The only down fall is the bed situation. Not the most comfortable beds and we are used to having a king, so that was an adjustment. Shower is fabulous and the communication with the owner is immediate!

The interior was updated but exterior was dilapidated and terribly kept. A handyman should be avai.
The interior was updated and comfortable However, the pool area and exterior of the house was dilapidated and poorly kept. Lots of weeds, not landscaped at all, rusted and faded outdoor furniture. Not worth the two weeks I was there. When the toilet stopped working it took way too long for the owner to address the problem. A handyman should be available immediately for issues that arise during a vacationers stay.

We had an awesome week at this house. Close to the beach and we spent a lot of time in the pool with the kids. Really close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and lots of restaurants and movie theaters. Would definitely recommend!

Great vacation
My family and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The house is clean and modern. The pool area is where we spent most of our time. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the beach and other shopping and restaurant amenities. Overall, our week was perfect!

Wonderful stay in Naples!

This property was a perfect haven to enjoy the North Naples area. Great location to walk to the beach for sunsets, nice quiet neighborhood, and close to shopping. The yard, with pool and fence, was perfect to relax and for our dogs. Stacey and Keith were very responsive, and while we had some minor issues, their responsiveness made all the difference. Great value in a wonderful neighborhood.

From the minute I met the owners and their house, I felt at home! This beautifully decorated house has brand new appliances, great outdoor area and was fully equipped for guests comfort! The neighborhood is friendly and safe and close to everything! I would absolutely recommend to stay here!

Stacey was easy to work with. The home has been remodeled with all new appliances, great shower, and well equipped kitchen. Location is great. Close to Vanderbilt beach and to Whole Foods, Publix and Trader Joe’s. About 20 minute drive to downtown; perhaps shorter if not staying in season. We were out more than in so never really used the pool or patio area but the yard is fenced so our dog could run around outside which was a plus. All in all comfy and great location.

Family vacation
Stacey and Keith were great hosts, super quick to respond and accommodated us with our extra needs. Our kids loved the pool and it’s definitely nice to have if you’re not at the beach. The closest beach is Vanderbilt beach which is 7-10 min car ride or bike ride or 30 min walk. We explored different beach areas and did not mind driving to the beach. We had our own wagon, beach umbrella and chairs but everything is available at the house. Whole foods and Publix are just a few minutes away to have home cooked meals. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time inspite of having to be self quarantined due to Corona Virus outbreak. Stacey was very helpful when the TV and the Pool were having issues. The house is very comfortable and in a great location . Loved the pool & bikes. Them welcome wine and treats were a nice touch.

Clean and well equipped, nicely updated. High end appliances, private yard. Very close to Mercato area, walking distance if you want for Whole Foods, lots of restaurants, shops. Bike easily to beach. Worked well for us as a couple, and always appreciate pet-friendliness. Neighborhood is very mixed between bungalows that are not yet updated and others that have been beautifully restored or rebuilt. Nice to have the covered back patio to enjoy.

Gem of a home in Naples Park
From the interior to the pool everything was sheer perfection. Great neighborhood, neighbors, close to everything you could possibly need. Stacey was always available and easy to reach. From the welcome basket to the pool and pool area, we were greatly pleased. Joe’s Diner at the end of the street provided outstanding food and service and the Mercato for shopping is a block or two away. Bikes are available to bike to the beach that’s a real convenience. Home Sweet Home! Loved cverything about this home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The bedrooms are cute, bright and have a great Florida, beachy feel! The beds are super comfy too! The main living space is great for watching. The bathroom is large and there is plenty of space to put your extra items. I was impressed with shower pressure as well and looked forward to experiencing a relaxing spa treatment feeling every morning! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool at night and enjoyed the privacy of the fenced in yard! The beach, shopping and restaurants were so close! We had all the amenities we need! Stacey was so accommodating and helpful! We really appreciated her extra attention. We can't wait to come back to Naples and hope this home is available to rent!

Perfect in every way!
We loved everything about this Naples home. Its cozy and charming and we can't wait to go back! It's beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Bathroom is large with plenty of towels. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked! The pool is private, well maintained and we loved the privacy! The bikes were an added bonus for our trips to the beach.... that is only a mile away. The Owner could easily be contacted and was very accommodating and helpful!

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen im November in diesem schnuckeligen Häuschen in einer ruhigen Wohnlage in Naples Park. Besonders toll war der nicht einsehbare Garten mit tropischen Pflanzen und der Pool. Da leider durch den Hurrikan Ian der Strand nicht schön beziehungsweise es durch die Bauarbeiten ziemlich ungemütlich war, haben wir viel Zeit in unserem Garten verbracht und abends auch oft gegrillt. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war auch hervorragend. Sie ist sehr sympathisch und nett und hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert. Wir können den Bungalow nur empfehlen!
