The pool exceeded expectations and seemed heated as it was warm enough to swim even though outside temperature was only 69 degrees. The fitness room at the clubhouse was very well equipped and new. WIFI worked fine but no cable TV, just YouTube or Netflix if you have an account. Laundry was stocked with detergent which was nice. Kitchen equipped with Keurig coffee maker. Also had beach stuff like umbrella, cooler bag, lawn chairs, and boogey board for use. Would stay again. ##### William H. My overall impression is 2/5 stars. I emailed the owner a few times prior to check in to see if we could check in earlier in the day. I didn’t hear from them. The day before check in I emailed again and had to call VRBO because I hadn’t gotten the check in information. On the day of check in, I received a text with instructions. I arrived at 3:45 and the cleaning person was just starting and said “it would be at least 2 hours before the place will be cleaned. I notified the owner and explained that I had plans. They said we could go in. This was not an option for me. I left and retuned 2 hours later. One of the bathroom shower doors had broken tracks and the toilet needed to be shaken in order to flush.
