He was an excellent host that offered friendly and quick communication. We've stayed at multiple VRBO homes but this was the first time we have actually met the host. He offered and we accepted what he referred to as the 50 cent tour which came in handy as all TV systems are a little bit different to work with. The home had everything we needed and more to make us feel welcome and enjoy our vacation. Dave was very generous with offering his parking pass for Collier county parking lots which was very useful and saved us money when visiting local parks. The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding and linens. We were also very lucky to have a nice new propane Bbq to use. A lot of homes we go to don't have one at all or they are pretty tired. The neighborhood is safe and we were able to ride our bikes to the beach within 10 minutes. We have booked time there again next year. Thanks Dave for sharing your home. ##### Deb C. Once we got there he was easily accessible to any questions we had. Always immediately got back to me. Honestly I picked his place based on the reviews he had. His place is clean , well stocked with everything we needed. We like to cook and we had everything needed. The location is truly the best. He has bikes available and all the things needed for a great day at the beach. It’s so close to the beach & really great places to eat. The bonus is if you want to go fishing or just go on his boat and sight see that’s available to !! We will defiantly return !!
