"The room was clean, the beach view was great, the amenities were good! The front desk lady that checked us in on the arrival was not very friendly and didn’t smile and was not very familiar how to respond and react properly to our request but the day shift manager when we arrived and the night shift manager was more professional !"

"We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel with our young kids, and it exceeded expectations all around. The property is beautiful and just a short walk from 5th Avenue, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included and impressively hearty — eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, and breads, which was perfect for keeping the kids fueled up before a day out. The pool was a real highlight, with gorgeous views of the marina that made relaxing there feel extra special. This hotel is a great fit for families, and we'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Naples."
