Our Host Annie was awesome! Very responsive and the description of our unit was spot on. We enjoyed the ease of staying on a first floor unit while still having beautiful views of the gulf, pool and hot tub. The unit had everything we needed. The pool area was fantastic, and the short walk to the beach is scenic. The condo’s storage unit in the basement had an abundance of beach items — toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. — plus a wagon to haul everything. And then Annie was a great host; when the ice machine in the refrigerator/freezer malfunctioned, she immediately preemptively offered to reimburse us to buy bags of us. (except sunday) there’s no opportunity to beach sit or walk on the beach for the next 3 months. hardly serene. if the beach is a draw for you, you will be disappointed. owner has lots of beach gear you can bring 400 yards up the beach where the trucks aren’t running but the beep beep beep and rumbles of the trucks will be an annoyance to be sure. and it’s a hike— you can’t bring a wagon over the deep ruts left from the trucks. we would’ve picked another location had we known. communication (other than this) with owner was prompt. and helpful. park shore neighborhood a plus with shops and restaurants nearby. ##### Sally J.
