Two Master Suites, Fully Stocked Home w/Heated Pool & Spa Close to Everything

  • Beautifully decorated, dog-friendly home with large heated sports pool and spa, fenced-in backyard with doggie door. Two bedrooms with ensuites and two more bedrooms with shared bathroom. Includes a bonus TV/reading room with sleeper sofa. Exquisite river table seats 10. A 65" TV on lanai. Home is located in the popular North Naples area which is conveniently located to beaches, parks, restaurants, and shopping. Please move any furniture that can be climbed on when using the baby gates.

Pool heating fee of $25/day upon request between October to April. Guest stays of 30+ days have the option of unlimited pool heating for $250/month.
AC should be set between 72°-78° F. Setting a lower temperature will only freeze the unit. Pls keep windows/doors shut when AC is on.
