Perfect retreat for the winter months! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is right across from the beach. Trams are available to take you to the beach or you can walk. Beach front restaurant, chair rentals, etc. Condo has a pool, hot tub, and fitness center on the property. One assigned parking space. Very close to luxury shopping center and numerous restaurants.

Minimum stay of 2 months: $15,000.00 per month for January through March.

$7,500 per month for all other months, minimum stay of 2 months.
