  • Nicest 1BD/1BA Contemporary Coastal Condo in the complex. The unit is completely renovated. The condo complex has 2 large heat pools and spas overlooking the waterfront. Tennis Courts and outdoor grilling areas are out the door of the unit! This Condo is the closest to the water in the complex, be amazed! Unit come with free bikes and beach gear. It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation!
    Additional condo details:
    The gated community has two Olympic size swimming pools, two spas-hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, 3 tennis courts, a walking path, and dock slip that is owner leased and a Clubhouse. The Riverside Club is in close proximity to several restaurants; Smith House, Old Marco Pub, Zaza Mexican, Lee Be Fish, Bistro Soleil and of course the Famous Snook Inn is 1 block away! There is fun shopping at Shops of Olde Marco which is right around the corner as well.
    Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
