Yes, that is the feeling from the moment you pull in the circular driveway and enter the front door with the flare of decorating in each and every room. This home has 100% all brand-new furnishings from floor to ceiling and all new stocked kitchenware, linens, furniture and BeautyRest mattresses. Be the first to occupy this never before leased home from a private owner. This spacious three-bedroom home has a gorgeous separate office/den for those remote workers or home business owners. It opens to a beautiful lake and pool views or close the French doors for privacy if needed. What is so special about this home is it has 4 sliders that lead to a spectacular lanai and pool area as well as access to one of the restrooms directly form the pool. The primary bedroom is situated on the right side of the home while the other 2 bedrooms and bath are in the south wing of the house, providing exceptional privacy and quiet. The master has a king bed with plenty of drawer space and a large closet leading to the primary bath with double sinks, a separate shower and tub. It is a complete sanctuary! The 2 guest bedrooms have queen beds with plenty of drawer space as well as large closets in each bedroom. They share a bath which also can be accessed from the pool for convenience. Plenty of beach/pool towels are available for our guests. Every bedroom has its own unique design. The home has a new separate laundry room with newer LG washer/dryer for all your needs. The family room is large with a sizeable sectional and additional swivel seating. The dining area is a stunner with special lighting and artwork. The kitchen is new with white cabinetry, a separate wine fridge and a coffee/wine bar. Everything in the cabinets is brand new and top of the line brands! The kitchen also is equipped with a separate pantry giving guests plenty of room for their needs. This home has plenty of storage with closets and the garage. The garage is fairly large filled with your beach gear including chairs, umbrella, floats and outdoor games. We included board games also in our home for entertainment. This home has 4 brand new smart Samsung TVs in the family room and each bedroom. Sound bars included in some. You will never want to leave the lanai! It is an absolutely comfortable place with peace and serenity and privacy hedges. The pool can be heated and is accompanied by a relaxing bubbly spa that has a waterfall into the pool. The scenery is outstanding in looking at the lake, the tropical trees, birds and bunnies. The lanai is well equipped with comfortable seating, a dining area, evening lighting, fans and a kitchen aid grill. To top it off-there is a pass through from the kitchen. You are only a bike ride away from the Berkshire shopping center with Publix, First Watch, Walgreens, Starbucks, Wing Stop, banks, gas stations, an ice cream parlor, hair salons and much more. This is an ideal location—5 miles to Naples Pier and downtown restaurants and right in the middle of south Naples/Marco and North Naples/Vanderbilt. Enjoy a peaceful, private dream home for your monthly or seasonal stay. Tenants responsible for 11% taxes, security deposit and departure cleaning. Deposit $2500, association $100 fee. The owner was quick to respond to the few questions we had. The house and grounds are very well kept. The bedrooms and bathrooms all well stocked with new linens. Beds were very comfortable. The separate office/den was great for keeping up with my business issues while away. WIFI and TVs were all great. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The private pool was perfect, so we didn’t use the community pool. But it looked great and was just a short walk away. We did enjoy walks on the lovely multi use pathway along the lakes within the community. Used my road bike to access many nature trails within a short bike ride. This home was great value and is highly recommended. We hope to return soon. ##### David E.
