**\+ Rule 2:** Quiet hours after 10 PM, please be respectful of our neighbors  
**\+ Rule 3:** Absolutely no parties or events  
**\+ Rule 4:** Pool rules, no children under the age of 14 unsupervised. Please only use the pool from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and be respectful of the neighbors  
**\+ Rule 5:** All guests must be registered, hosts MUST be notified if any visitors not registered as a guest.  
**\+ Rule 6:** Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

If you plan to use any of the community's amenities, there is an additional $150 charge to activate the key fob. Amenities include:
