This 2,912 square foot, 3 level, brand new home (built in 2021), comes with two full kitchens, two living rooms, a dining room, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large patio, a spacious private backyard with a grill, and a four-car parking space.
The first floor includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and pantry.
The second floor includes 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with a king bed with walk-in closet, and a bedroom with 3 twin beds with a walk-in closet), and a full bathroom.
The lower level includes 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a twin bed), a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a washer/dryer.
This home is a short walk from the Miacomet Loop bus stop, which operates during the summer season. It is a few minutes away from Cisco Brewery, Bartlett's Farm, Miacomet Golf Course, Stop & Shop, Miacoment Beach, Cisco Beach, and Surfside Beach.
