Beautiful and private home on desirable Woodbury Lane. The perfect location on the edge of town yet super convenient to many beaches, bike paths and shopping. This bright, spacious and airy 3-story, 5-bedroom home is beautifully and comfortably furnished and offers lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to entertain and relax. All 5 bathrooms were beautifully renovated, along with many other updates. The main floor features a spacious living room, dining area opens that accommodates 10 opens to the deck, fully outfitted kitchen with laundry area and powder room. First floor main bedroom features a cathedral ceiling and a wall of glass with sliders to the deck, a large closet and bath with oversized shower and private W/C. The spacious second floor master looks out over Woodbury Lane and features a large en suite bath with soaking tub, double vanity and spa shower. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a large bath. One bedroom features a queen bed with its own deck overlooking the yard. One additional bedroom features two twins that can combine to a king. The third floor suite area features two twins (that combine to a king) and its own shower bath. There’s also a bunk/office space for extra privacy. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. This immaculate home is very well maintained. The backyard is spacious and private, and features a deck with dining table and grill, surrounded by hydrangeas. Or, lounge in the yard on the "deep seating" cocktail area. Quiet and serene setting abutting conservation land. The home was absolutely perfect for our family - we used the master on the 1st floor and our children used the master on the 2nd floor and one of the other bedrooms for their child. It has a very homey feel - very comfortable. We were 4 couples and everyone had a king size bed and their own bathroom. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is very well appointed with everything you need and more. From the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom to boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach - the hosts made our stay as easy as possible. This was by far the best! The location is wonderful(short walk to town), but the hosts are what made it so special. They have thought of everything! The house was in a quiet neighborhood very close to down town and all the restaurants, and the inside and outside were even better then the listing. The beds were comfortable and most everything has been updated to a clean modern look. We will be looking for this listing next time we come into town. ##### Joel U. We have only amazing things to say about this beautiful house, a short 5 minute walk from town. This summer was our second time staying at Jody and Mark's house and we looked forward to it all year! The house is spacious and beautiful, absolutely spotless and the perfect layout for both the kids and adults. The street is gorgeous and the walk to town is beautiful and so convenient. The home is completely updated and perfectly suited for a group of 10\. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare and serve family meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious enough for everyone to spread out. The basement is stocked with more than enough beach chairs, umbrellas, games, coolers, etc. The backyard is so pretty and quiet, a perfect setting to relax with a book or a cocktail. If you choose to go into town, it's a short walk through a charming section of town. Jody and Mark were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone had an absolutely lovely time exploring Nantucket with this wonderful space as our home base. The owners informed us shortly before arrival that they had just renovated all of the bathrooms in the home, it was a great surprise that made it feel like we were at a resort! The backyard is another highlight of this home, we did not feel like we were missing out on anything when we decided to stay in and chill in the backyard rather than go into town. When we did want to go to town it was a short and pleasant walk from the house. I cannot recommend this house enough, the only issue is you will find it hard to leave! ##### Andrea P. This house has everything you need from beach chairs and towels, to a large deck and grill, to amazing renovated bathrooms (I now want to redo all of mine..ha!), to enough bedrooms that has room for 10 and still provides plenty of personal space (which is needed when traveling with family :)). Jody and Mark provided all the details we needed for a restful stay and were always available for questions if needed. We loved that the house is in quiet neighborhood close to town. We rented bikes and were able to ride to town, the beach, Cisco Brewery, and even Millie's, so it really is a perfect location. Our family stayed at this beautiful home over July 4th week and thoroughly enjoyed it! It has all the amenities one could ask for and it is a close walk to town. There is enough room for two families and boasts both entertaining and relaxation spots. The one thing that I would suggest is installing blackout shades in the master and top floor bedrooms. My husband and I slept in the master and my toddler on the top floor, and we were hoping to get a bit more sleep in the morning since we already wake up with our kids. Same with our daughter, she was unable to nap during the day in the attic bedroom. Other than that, its a perfect location and gorgeous home! ##### Brittany C. After postponing a year due to the pandemic I was finally able to share my love of Nantucket with my family and Mark and Jody's home just added to the charm and beauty of ACK. Close to town and the bike paths made it easy to get around the island and see and do all that we wanted. Everything we needed was there...beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and full kitchen to cook in plus space for everyone to have some "alone" time when needed. My nieces esp. loved their space on the 3rd floor. The décor is tastefully done in a coastal vibe, very appropriate for the island of Nantucket. Mark and Jody were the most responsive hosts both pre-stay and during our stay....thank you for sharing your home with us!
