The second floor has a master bedroom suite with king size bed, a Queen en suite guest room, and two other bedrooms with a queen bed and twin beds. Two bedrooms share a new bath with shower/tub. The home has a large front yard, and a private, back deck for relaxing or entertaining. The charming 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home has been tastefully renovated by a local architect/artist. The home is filled with light, and a private sunny deck. The living room and bedrooms are spacious with refinished hardwood floors throughout. The location was terrific, just steps from the top of Downtown which made it super easy to visit all of the shops and restaurants. Our host made the process very easy and was always quick to respond to any questions. We made frequent use of the NRTA free shuttle to get to the beach and it was only a 5-10 minute walk to the bus depot. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to downtown, in a well appointed home with Nantucket charm. ##### Dan A. Our recent stay in Nantucket was a DREAM, and this property is a big reason why! The location is PERFECT and the layout worked so well for our family. There is enough space for folks to spread out but also to come together for family meals, game times, etc. The kitchen was well appointed and the grill and patio were a lovely way to extend the living space to the outdoors. We had a wonderful time at Elle’s house in Nantucket. The house is even nicer than described, and everything is super clean and comfortable.The location cannot be beat - a lovely quiet neighborhood steps from the center of town. Elle was super helpful and accommodating when we needed to change our plans at the last minute because of a hurricane, and we are so glad it all worked out. What a treat for us and our friends who joined us for their first trip to Nantucket. Weather was not great so to be able to walk around town and shop and dine whenever we wanted made our stay even more pleasurable. This house is lovely - we like to entertain so it was perfect for hosting 12 adults and 9 children on a rainy warm evening. We had 4 kids under 4 and even with that, the location was perfect and made it so easy for us to all be able to go into town, get ice cream, grab food. The location of the property is amazing - less than a minute walk to all things “downtown” Nantucket has to offer. The house is warm and cozy and full of art. We did 3 nights just to get away and relax with some friends. Perfect location at the top of Main Street. Walking distance to all the shops and delicious restaurants.
