A little depressing....
Reception staff are nice .Great location, 5 mins from train station . The hotel needs refurbished. Should take it into consideration. Duvet needs a duvet cover . Underneath there is an old dirty blanket .

The only issue I had with my room was the old furniture in poor condition and the tv remote that seemed to be out of order or in need of batteries.

Good location. That's about it.
Building is old and smelt of mildew. Room had some pump in the walls pumping water intermittently. Very annoying as it woke me several times. Paper thin walls, so if you like hearing your neighbors shag, you'll be happy. I could have passed happily. Staff were friendly enough, even if pretty useless for information.

Close to train
Just needed a cheap hotel for one night as we were in transit, hotel is very close to the train station. Very old hotel, room was very small but ok for a one night stay. No fan in the bathroom and water was extremely slow to go down the drain in the shower, had to keep turning off the water so it didn't overfill the shower and flood the bathroom. Pillow wasn't great but that's personal preference.

Convenient to train station
If traveling by train, this hotel is a convenient walk from the station. Basic accommodations. Be careful in summer, though, as the rooms have no air con and windows open onto a very busy street.

Horrible bed and room. Was right next door to the road and railway station and was on the 1 st floor so really noisy And the bed was so hard that I would not no the dif between the floor and the bed

My wife and I stayed a couple of nights in Nantes for sightseeing. The hotel is located very close (<5 mins walk) to the Chateau and the Cathedral. Although the immediate vicinity is not particularly great, it appears to be where most of the hotels are located. The receptionists were very friendly and there is a nice lounge area. We did not take breakfast as there are many patisseries in the nearby city centre. The room was spacious and clean, although someone nearby smoked regularly (not sure if within the hotel or outside the window), the smell of which would come into the room. All in all, the hotel was a good standard in a good location for sightseeing.

Credit card machine didn't work
Hotel was a bit shabby but okay - the room was actually very nice. It was better than I expected based on other reviews. The staff were not overly friendly, but okay. However the morning I left they person at the desk couldn't get my credit card to work in her machine. I had to run to the ATM at the train station to get cash to pay for the room. Not good form for a hotel that is on an international site like expedia.

Hôtel en dernier recours
Pendant mon séjour de 3 nuits (30/1-2/2/2020), le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement que ce n'est pas un froid polaire qui sévissait. Le lit a été refait (la seule oreiller pour un lit double n'a pas l'air d'avoir été renouvelée depuis des années, et sur une couverture il y a des traces de saleté), les serviettes utilisés ont été changées (y compris celle que j'ai laissée sur la porte-serviette pour la réutilisation) mais très visiblement on n'a pas passé l'aspirateur ni nettoyé le lavabo. De l'extérieur on voit une affichage de prix des chambres 30 € moins cher que les prix réels, mais une fois à l'intérieur, un autre affichage rappelle les prix actuels. Ce genre d'affichage n'est-il pas contractuel ? Bref, cela ne donne pas envie d'y retourner... On viendra cet hôtel seulement quand on ne trouve absolument rien ailleurs.

Hotel très bien située , très vieillot doit subir une entière rénovation,l' accueil est correct , la salle d'eau très petite et limite propre. bien pour 1 nuit.

Il n’y avait pas vraiment de chauffage dans les chambres. La température est descendu à -5. J’ai du dormir avec mon manteau. La réponse de l’hotel Qui a un chauffage centrale, c’wst Que l’hotel Est vide durant la journée et il ne chauffe que le soir.... mais à quand tu as payer pour greloter a 6h du matin:

Proche de la gare, et du chateau des ducs
C'est un hôtel vieillissant, qui mériterait une bonne rénovation, mais il est idéalement placé. C'est un hôtel 3 étoiles : je ne vais jamais dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pour un habitué des 3 étoiles, le jugement serait probablement plus sévère, mais moi, j'ai passé 2 nuits satisfaisantes. Chambre correcte et propre, lit confortable, douche chaude : ça me suffit ! La chambre 5 est calme et dans un état satisfaisant. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, croissant, pain beurre confiture,yaourt, jus d'orange. L'hôtel est idéalement placé, à 3 mn à pied de la gare de Nantes, près du jardin des plantes et du château des ducs de Bretagne, proche de la cathédrale. On peut prendre facilement le tram ligne 1 presque devant l'hôtel, et donc avoir accès facilement à tout Nantes. Les voyageurs à vélo sont les bienvenus. Il y a actuellement des travaux devant l'hôtel, donc l'accès est temporairement un peu plus compliqué, mais rien de grave. Il y a effectivement un sex shop un peu plus loin (il y a plein d'autres hôtels dans le coin proches de ce commerce), mais il y a aussi des restaurants qui ont l'air très sympa, et un super pub (Brady's) avec de bonnes bières anglaises ! Donc, au bilan, c'est un hôtel qui m'a bien plu : facile d'accès, idéalement placé pour manger, visiter ou travailler à Nantes.

Partez!!!
Oui l'hotel es proche de la gare mais. On a eu droit a une salle d'acceuil vide. Une chambre en court de menage (a 15h). Une fenetre qui ne fermait pas. De l'eau chaude qui vien au bout de bien 2min. Le television ne fonctionnais pas non plus. Sans parlé qu'il y a eu une coupure d'électricité quand on etait dans l'acsenceur. Qui ne peux acceuillir que 2 personne. Voila tout cela es vrai et a 70€ la chambre en sachant que le quartier es bruyant. Non merci!
