Nous avons payer notre réservation en ligne sur Hôtel.com 77€ Le 13 juillet. Nous sommes arrivé à l’hôtel le soir du 14 juillet et avons encore dû payer notre chambre, mais cette fois 69,96€! Pourtant, la borne avais bien notre numéro de réservation en ligne. Les deux montants ont bien été prélevés. J’ai envoyé deux réclamation au site Hôtel.com, sans réponse à ce jour. Impossible de joindre B andB! Merci de priver à notre remboursement. Impossible d'avoir une facture globale. Grosse fuite d'eau du lavabo.
