The lady at check-in last night was not very enthusiastic about her job, and not especially courteous. However the lady at checkout this morning was very nice and courteous.
The room was very decent, except for the lack of outlets and especially for not having one by the nightstand. Also the shower head is so high that I could hardly reach to take it off, or choose to leave it in place and hardly get water, because the water falls from too high.

We booked a Classic Twin Room, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the standard expected of a 4-star Mercure Accor property.
The bedroom itself was reasonable, but with a very strange layout, and the bathroom was extremely tight on space. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of quality facilities. Finding only paper cups in the room with absolutely no glassware/cups felt incredibly cheap, and the provided hairdryer was of a very poor standard.
To make matters worse, on the morning of our departure, we had until 12:00 PM to check out. Despite this, we had three separate housekeeping staff knock on our door starting from 9:30 AM. We felt this was highly intrusive and entirely inappropriate for our last morning.
Overall, the stay felt substandard, and fell well short of the quality you would expect from this brand.

"Problem for us in exceptional heat. The hotel is not equipped to handle 38-40C, the AC was totally insufficient. So we arrived, saw the rooms that were not particularly impressive but OK, however it was just too hot. So we left, and at this point I am out around 250 euros for 2 rooms. I hope they ..."
