"The house was a perfect location for what I needed it for. There is plenty of plates, utensils, glasses and cups. Pans and spatulas. As for how clean the place is, it could be better. The worse was when I stripped the bedding and a clean fitted sheet was on top of a dirty fitted sheet. (Pubic hairs and who knows what else). So, why was I stripping the bed? You are asked to wash the sheets and have them in the dryer before leaving. I did send a list of things to Barbara that needs fixing. I wish I could say I would return, but I don't believe I will after the sheet incident. "

"We really enjoyed our recent stay with the family. The weather was absolutely perfect for Florida in April. Nice cool mornings in the low 60s and absolutely no humidity so even though It got to the 90s it was still nice. The house was absolutely immaculate, cleanliness was top notch, and not one tiny bug or flying insect to be seen anywhere the entire time and that’s not easy to do in Florida. I know, I spent the first 32 years of my life there. House is a split plan so the master is on one side and the other three bedrooms on the other, all of the beds were very comfortable and the AC worked incredibly well. Although we didn’t need it very much except in the late afternoon and bedtime.The bathrooms had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body gel so no need to bring those if you didn’t want to. There is a brew Mr. coffee pot and there were filters, plenty of paper towels, dish soap, etc. I will agree with some of the other reviewers that the basic kitchen utensils were a bit lacking. Could be that they may have been there at one time and maybe we’re broken or mistakenly packed by another guest. However, there was no pizza cutter(bought a big pizza from Walmart) needed a can opener had to go buy one of those, although we left it to pay it forward for the next guest😊. Could not find a pair of scissors or a liquid measuring cup needed those as well. Depends on what your plans are for your stay, but we tend to bring our food and cook dinners instead of going out. Everyone absolutely loved the pool, there’s a shallow sunning shelf, which is incredibly nice. There is heat for the pool and the spa, although didn’t need it for myself but my mother wanted it a bit warmer, I will say it’s a learning curve using the Wi-Fi tablet to enable the heat but we eventually figured it out. There are no floats, pool toys, umbrellas, etc. so if you’re traveling by car, you may want to bring a few of those, we went to Walmart/dollar general and bought ours. Even bought a little clip umbrella, which became the chair everyone wanted to sit in to get some shade.All in all a really nice house and incredibly clean, they did a really nice remodel job as well, I want to purchase that refrigerator and microwave now!😂"

"Listing was exactly as stated. Rooms were beautiful. Back patio was comfortable with lots of seating. Umbrellas were available and well cared for. Pool was beautiful with a very awesome minifridge that kept drinks cold and convenient. Beds slept comfortable with plenty of sheets and towels. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The entrance to the pool from all bedrooms was an unexpected delight to keep the house more quiet in mornings before day's activities began. Kitchen had all you could want including blenders. Very comfortable for my family reunion full of grandparents, children and grandchildren. View was awesome all day long. Suitcase racks, even. Just a beautiful home away from home. The property managers were gracious and very communicative. Thank you for a wonderful time. I'd stay again. "
