It comprises a 19 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 3,000 m² garden. WiFi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is made up as follows: On the 1ᵉʳ floor \- A 19 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190) \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC On the ground floor \- Separate WC \- A utility room For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Exterior: \- An unenclosed garden of 3,000 m² and a south-facing terrace of 8m² with a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather. The chalet is ideally located in Prénovel, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market (around 14 km away)...
