Like the title says, this is probably the best place I've ever stayed at. Booked it because my partner was dealing with a family emergency in Nanaimo and I wanted to be close to him and bring our cat along. We ended up needing some extra accomodations due to a death in my partner's family, but Akash and Rozy were extremely kind and understanding and gave us everything we needed. Made a HUGE positive difference in a difficult moment where all of us were grieving. If you're like me and get anxious about booking this sort of thing online, I can personally guarantee you this place is super worth your money. The suite is: - Super well maintained - Spacious - In a beautiful area in Nanaimo - Had everything we needed and more (good towels, extra bedding and blankets, good furniture, TV/Netflix with a guest account for us to use, all essential kitchen stuff to cook with, good heating, laundry room, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, even a booklet with info about the suite and fun things to do in the area!!) - The locking system to the suite felt very secure Thank you again Akash.
