It is about 12 mins drive from Departure Bay Ferry Terminal and 30 mins from Duke Point Ferry Terminal, and close to all amenities. End unit on a no-through road offers plenty of space for both across street roadside parking and driveway parking, and garage equipped with free exterior EV charger.
