This is a one bedroom, one full bath suite located on ground level - no stairs. We live upstairs and are a quiet retired couple with no pets. Enjoy a walk to the ocean after a good night sleep. Watch our amazing sunsets from our front lower deck. Off street parking and security lighting in place. BC Transit bus service is a ten minutes walk from our property. Kate's Cove is perfect for one or two people. It is fully furnished with the kitchen having everything you need to cook light or full meals.
