"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"Lsrge Stayz house with huge rooms,BBQ and swimming pool. Areas for quiet time and fun time. Facilities were as described abd everything worked perfectly. Will look at staying there again at some stage."

"We had a lovely stay at Palm Cottage. It was clean and quiet.A couple of negatives, while I understand people take anything that isn’t nailed down, disappointing to have to buy toilet rolls on day one and also paper towel. The toilet rolls were empty in both toilets and only one spare roll so we bought some and left it there for the next people to come and use same with the paper towel.. I had my mum with me who is 90 and she struggled with a step at the front because it was the same colour...
