Disliked: Check-in, communication
Buchung Last Minute über Plattform möglich doch dann keine Kommunikation. Trotzdem musste ich zahlen obwohl keine Leistung erbracht wurde. Frechheit dass auch Expedia sich unkooperativ zeigte. Ich fühle mich geprellt.
