9.2/10 Wonderful! (80 reviews)
There were aspects of our stay that were positive but staff seemed unable to fix a significant billing problem, telling us to write to a general email address which no one replied to, not even through the hotels.com app. This lack of customer service for a hotel of this standing was both surprising and disappointing and unfortunately spoiled our experience.

Klarna has several payment plans to choose from, so you're sure to find something that works with your budget. Take a look at these flexible payment options:

  • Pay monthly holidays: If paying small amounts each month is what works best for you, Klarna offers just that! Paying in convenient monthly instalments will make that dream holiday possible.
  • Pay in instalments holidays: With this Book Now, Pay Later option, Klarna makes it easy to pay for your holiday over multiple transactions.
  • Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your trip (rather than all of it upfront) makes it easier to hit that "book now" button, opt for a low deposit holiday payment plan with Klarna.
