We would suggest offering a small container with dish soap since you are required to have all dishes cleaned and put away before checkout at 9am. And provide one laundry pod if you require the kitchen towels to be washed/dried and put away before the 9am check out as well. Surprised we had to make our own beds upon arrival as well. We spent one week in mid-May (4 adults). Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable and no noise from other units or from outside. Kitchen is so well stocked - everything you could want. Would highly recommend this condo for rental. A couple of minor things - there is no mirror in the second bedroom which would be helpful. The light switches near the doors in the bedrooms do not turn on any lights - each light has to be manually turned on. There is a strange feedback from the TV in the second bedroom....a bit annoying. And the description of the property made one believe that the condo pool (community pool) would be open, but it was not. It was too cold to swim anyways but would be helpful to know what to expect. The location was great and easy to access restaurants and stores. The lift was exceptionally helpful for getting luggage and essentials up to the 3rd floor. ##### Lorel D. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Spacious. Lovely view. However- the lack of elevator is inconvenient and the luggage lift was helpful but terribly slow. Neither bedroom is oceanfront and the balcony - which has nice chairs, is small and is shaded from mid morning on. The beach access is not boarded or maintained. Biggest concern was that the thermostat was programmed and at times it was 66 degrees (cool!) But later in stay 70 degrees at night (warm!). My first experience with a unit that didn't allow the visitors to control the temp. I understand why this might be good for the owners - but believe there should be some range of temps allowed. Overall, the unit really is nice but I would not elect to return. ##### Stephanie D.
