Pets welcome- dogs only, maximum 2 dogs, $90 per dog fee. Ocean and sound views from the sunrooms and newly updated decks. Great location 3 minutes walk to the beach,150 yards through beach access to beach and surf-fishing and location just north of the open beach of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This house is perfect for us. It is in a nice area, close to restaurants and a grocery store. yet there is very little traffic. The house has everything we needed. We loved the openness of the living room and kitchen area. Our family had plenty of places to sit and hangout together when we were indoors. The location of the house was convenient not only the short walk to the beach access, but also to shopping and restaurants too. The house was clean when we arrived. I did give cleanliness 4 stars due to the floors in the kitchen and living area being a bit too sandy. It was as though they had not been swept or vacuumed before we arrived. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with when needed. Our family would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks so much for renting your home to our family. Shopping and great restaurants are near in the Whalebone area and also Manteo.I would recommend up grading the grill, perhaps buying a combo k-cup/coffee pot coffee maker and including a griddle or a large frying pan to assist in cooking for large families. There was insufficient paper towels and toilet paper which we bought and left at the house.Overall, we were happy with the accommodations. ##### David J.
