Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March. \*Village Beach Club amenities are not available for this home.\* Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day. Milepost: 14.90 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
