The best things are how close it is to the beach - very short walking distance to beach access both private and public, the fact that they allow dogs and have a small fenced in area for the dogs, and it is nice place with updated kitchen. I was overjoyed at how peaceful the four homes location was while still being accessible. It was my first time where the majority of the week it rained. This home made the rain so relaxing (best sound machine out there). It was perfect in size and renovation work done to this home smartly utilizes.the space. The kids adored the bunk beds. The ceiling fan in that room is amazing. I want one for my own home! Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, better than any other in a rental ive had in the 20 years ive come to the Outer Banks. Grill was functional and allowed for delicious meals. Our dog loved being there. The yard is small but it gets the job done! Very short walk to the beach and no stairs to access the neach either. Immediately told my family about this place as we would live to vacation together but have individual space. These quaint beach huts would be perfect for joint family rentals. The rental was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, and we especially appreciated the private walk to the beach. Communication before our stay was clear and helpful, and it was a nice surprise to get a call on check-in day letting us know the place was ready early. We’d definitely stay here again! ##### K H.
