This immediately limited our ability to use the kitchen. The sink backed up, and we couldn’t use the dishwasher. When a maintenance person finally came Monday morning, they discovered the disposal just needed to be reset — a simple fix that should have been handled before we arrived. It was also confirmed that the dishwasher was completely inoperable and unusable for the entire stay.Cleanliness was another major issue. The carpet was filthy, and the whole house felt like it hadn’t been refreshed in a long time. The bathrooms in particular were outdated and in serious need of remodeling — old fixtures made them feel more rundown than relaxing. We found cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom and deckIt’s clear this property is not being properly maintained or managed. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and functional space.
