Centrally located you will find it easy to venture out to some great local restaurants, local shops and many of the Outer Banks attractions that you will want to check off your bucket list. Seas The Day and enjoy a wonderful Outer Banks vacation and make those unforgettable memories! Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto W Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head south to the Town Hall beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season). No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The fireplace is not operational. Milepost: 14.50 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. The cul-de-sac view facing the golf course, water, and other lovely homes made for an enjoyable stay. The balconies available all around the home are great for sunrises and sunsets or view the stars at night. The hot tub made for several soothing moments. The outdoor shower at the home was useful for rinsing off the sand from the beach.
