The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, coffee makers, microwave and dinnerware. The laundry room had beach chairs and corn hole. Short walk to the beach was a plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for me and a few girl friends from high school. The lay out was great and we each had our own room. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean. Would definitely recommend and hope to return some day.

Great location with easy access to a beautiful beach. Excellent views from upper deck, with perfect sunrise view over the ocean. Home is set up nicely with 4 bedrooms, 2 on each side of living area. Kitchen is updated and super clean. House was easy to keep clean which worked out well with dogs. Hot tub was clean and warm. Maintenance company came every few days to maintain the hot tub. Did a nice job. A pleasant surprise- 4 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards! Great communication with Coast Realty. Made checking in easy. Had a great week and would definitely rent this house again.
