Beach Access: Just a short walk from the home! Safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at the pedestrian crosswalk at the end of Ocean Watch Court. Head south to Forrest Street to access the beach. Access has a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, outdoor showers and a lifeguard stand (in-season only). Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October. Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
