Enjoy a truly relaxing vacation On the Sunny Side. This beautifully appointed house overlooks the 13th hole of Nags Head Golf Links and is in walking distance to the Outer Banks Mall.

This three bedroom, two bath home includes numerous amenities like; WiFi, Keurig brewer, flat screen TVs, Blu-Ray player and DVD players.

In season, take advantage of the Village Beach Club access. An Oceanfront pool club with a private beach access. Take a dip in the large lifeguarded pool; splash with little ones in the kiddie pool; dry off on the sun deck; reenergize with lunch at the snack bar, and finish the day with a cocktail under the canopy.

Community features include two sound-side piers where you can take in gorgeous sunsets over the water!

Nice location and very cozy rental

We loved this rental. Seem like everything was designed to make it very cozy and perfect for a beach vacation. Only things to change: needs a blow dryer in one of the bathrooms and jacuzzi struggled to get to desired temp and really never got to it… also found dead frogs in there. Maybe needs some maintenance and extra protection. But other than that, we’re very satisfied and would stay again.

Beach Stay

It was great. A couple things (1) Need a hand railing from front steps to entrance. (2) A hand railing to get out of the hot tub. Dish washer needs to be replaced. My husband fell when exiting the hot tub & we spent 7 hours in the ER. We loved the Village Beach Club, included in our stay.

Good place!

The location and lay out of the house are great! Food Lion in walking distance! There were not enough towels when we arrived, but as soon as I emailed, new ones were sent within the hour!!! Many of the dishes and silverware on the premises had food still caked on them and the ice machine did not work. But everything else was great!

Sunny Side Review

This cottage was tidy, light, and cheery. I wish we could have had access to the beach club during our stay, but was closed due to the storm. The only other problem...the hot tub repair person left the front main door open. We returned later that evening to find door wide open, but thankfully no other issues.

Nice little house--not far from the places to see

The house was clean and comfortably decorated; sunny and bright! We really enjoyed the split level layout, it made everything feel close to the main living area. Walking distance to Duck Donuts and in the same shopping center was a home goods store, grocery store, deli/pizza, Outback and one of my favorite "grits" restaurants. The property management company Village Realty OBX had their offices also close by and they were responsive to inquiries and really good at following up on things. They gave very good service and were fast on service requests! (internet router went bad and they dispatched services and got it replaced). House is also near to Jeanette's Pier (and public beach access). The weather wasn't favorable for us to try out the hot tub...but it was only April.

We really enjoyed our week here. The house was a perfect size for us and super cute. It was convenient to most everything. However, it was not as clean as I would hoped but my standards of clean are higher than most. Overall a great stay.
