Inside the home, you'll find bright, open living areas, a gourmet kitchen with a large island, and plenty of seating. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom to provide privacy and comfort after a long day of exploring the beach! On the lowest level of the home, there is a game room furnished and the top level provides a cozy den with a sleep sofa for additional sleeping options for your guests. As you step outside to your private oasis, you'll find a fenced-in pool area, hot tub, covered patio with gas grill, and furnished sun and shade decks perfect for dining or lounging. Take in stunning ocean views from various spots throughout the home, where you can even catch a sunrise over the horizon! Exploring Nags Head: Located in the heart of Nags Head, guests of NH369 can enjoy easy access to popular Nags Head attractions such as Jockey's Ridge State Park (the East Coast's tallest living sand dune), Nags Head Fishing Pier, Jennette's Pier, and the iconic Bodie Island Lighthouse. The streets of Old Nags Head Place are perfect for biking and walking to nearby restaurants and shops. Beach Access: Head north on South Virginia Dare Trail until you reach the Conch Street Beach Access. The access offers a paved parking lot, sand access and a wooden walkway to easily cross the dunes. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement.
