Beach Access: Located north of the home at Conch Street. Head east out from the house and turn left onto Route 12\. Beach access with paved parking is less than a mile from the property. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Allowed - Dogs allowed for an additional fee. Washer/Dryer-in-one combo provided. Milepost 13.5 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Public access to the beach was a 15 min walk or a 2 min drive although you could see the beach from the porch. 3 min drive Jockey's Ridge State Park. I had also wanted to take my daughter and her boyfriend before their new home was built so this was the trip. Lovely little property right across the street from Mulligans Pub so you can walk.
