The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately the home did smell of mold and there was visible black mold on the ceiling and wall of one of the bedrooms. There was also very large bugs the management company called waterbugs. The view on the back deck is fantastic. Just a straight shot from the clubhouse and you can get to the grocery store from the neighborhood without having to go on the Main Street. Thankfully we discovered it before he fell off the balcony. The house was very shabby overall and very disappointing. We had to call maintenance twice. Quiet with easy access/walking distance to the sound front fishing pier and the beach club. Also close to grocery store. Enjoyed hot tub.
