The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cutlery, and specialty cookware. The hot tub and pool were checked twice during our stay and the staff were very kind. The laundry baskets in each were a nice touch. Plenty of extra pillows. It was never described in the listing. Sounded like a drag race every 2 min. I brought my father down from Ohio who is blind and he could not go outside due to the noise from the highway. ALL the pool lights were out so you could not swim at night. We notified management on a Monday and we were never updated on the status. Carpet and floor needed cleaning. The hot tub and pool need to be cleaned prior to new renters arrival every time. I called maintenance twice but they never came to clean. Overall I wasn’t happy with my experience with the rental company. Prior to arrival I could never get anyone on the phone. They didn’t send anyone to clean the pool. House access should be electronic at this point. Bedroom/bathroom location and combinations worked well for our group. Bring everything including Tupperware. ##### Sara A.
