The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here in August 2023\. House was not properly cleaned on arrival; there was even a large pile of cigarettes on the rear balcony. Furniture was grimy, and several outdoor chairs were broken. Many flies on basement level, including bedroom. Fire detectors kept beeping, even at night, and could not be fixed by replacing batteries. It took two or three days to get a tech out to fix the problem. Even though there was a strong odor of Pine Sol, there was shattered glass in the lower-level bedroom which my daughter stepped on in bare feet, meaning it was not even vacuumed. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The clothes dryer and dishwasher need to be replaced due to age. There was water damage on the upper-level floor by the sliding glass door. The door should also be replaced. And the pool alarm - don't get me started.
