Quick walk to the beach and great views from the upper decks. Kitchen was clean and provided all the basics. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor showers were all great. Fay’s Sunny Daze was such a great find! Location to the beach was awesome, right across the street! The pool was such a delight after hours in the sun on the beach and the hot tub was an amazing end to our days! We had a spider problem on the top deck, and the mgmt co came same day to take care of it. The only thing I would suggest is to have the cleaning co wash all the pots and pans as some needed scrubbed before use. We had 7 adults and 1 child and there was SO MUCH room, we never felt crowded! Close to ORV ramp and the pool is well maintained. my only complaint is the furniture, particularly the couch could use a major update. It's so worn out we found 2x4 pieces of wood in one of the cushions for support.. With all the profit being made every week of rental someone can afford $500 sofa. It's a little silly. But the amount of time we actually spent on the couch was limited. We spent most nights in hot tub and at pool. I would definitely rent this house again. ##### Eric T. Kitchen was well stocked, views were amazing, being right across the street from the public beach access was a huge bonus. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool during times we were not at the beach. Beds were very comfy. The only recommendations I would have is to replace the couch, love the design of the couch but it is very much broken down and needs replaced. Some jets need fixed in hot tub.
