The Briccetti Cottage is just a short walk to the beach, where you can easily access a public beach access that also features an on-duty lifeguard during the in-season.

Being located in the heart of Nags Head, 401 is in close proximity to fishing piers, shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, numerous historic sites, and so much more. There's also a brand new park (the old Dowdy's Amusement area) built within walking distance of the home.

And don't let the antique nature of this home mislead you, the cottage is constantly updated and cared for. New for 2016: All new interior doors, new dishwasher, new TV, new box spring, mattress toppers, and bedspread, "antique" hutch for the kitchen, and rocking chair for the living room, and new A/C system! As for 2017, all new carpets have been installed through the entire home!
