The views were stunning, and the location was excellent. The condo is pretty but outdated, and it shows a bit of wear throughout. The bathrooms are tiny, badly lit, and the exhaust fans/heaters do not work properly. Tuesday and Wednesday was a fierce Nor'Easter, and the chimney moaned and rattled for more than 48 hours, making it almost impossible for us to have a conversation in the living room. Nice four-star place, but doesn’t quite make five stars. Nothing wrong with it, just not really exceptional. I was prepared to be angry, and to downgrade my rating based on how stingy they said they were going to be with basic things like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, etc. Turns out they had a few more things than they said they would. I still want to go on record as objecting to this policy, however. I understand it is customary in this part of the country (it’s not in other areas), but still it comes across as stingy and unwelcoming, and makes you wonder if they think their guests are toilet paper thieves or something. If it was my place, I would increase the rent just a little bit to cover the cost, and then stock it with all the things that no one wants to have to buy for a brief stay, and then leave most of it behind. ##### David C. The heating system is really loud when it comes on making sleep in the bedroom with twin beds problematic. It even makes the tv hard to hear. This condo has everything we needed. The patio is huge and over looks the beach. Extremely quiet and great location near all of our favorite places. We didn’t have any issues but heard from the property manager a few times during our week to check in, which was nice.
