No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March. Milepost: 14.90 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. We had a good time at the beach house. The beach was just a short walk away, which was super helpful for kids to make multiple trips back n forth. We loved the location and the proximity to the pool and the beach. It was nice to be part of a community where the kids could safely bike and play. The house was nicely laid out and accommodated multiple families and people. Unfortunately it did not come with a coffee pot or essential starter toiletries as advertised. This is something that would have been much appreciated after a long drive before we made a run to the store. My biggest complaint is that there was a pile of human poop next to the hot tub that appeared to have been there for some time. It took the company 24 hours to come out and remove/clean it up. Unfortunately that was a major turn off for using the hot tub for the week. ##### Becky M.
