For example, the sliding door on bottom level leading to the pool was impossible to open. We ended up just leaving it open because it was so hard to slide. Biggest complaint was with rental company, Seaside Vacations, and their lack of knowledge pertaining to house amenities. We drove down large items, crib and high chair, because we were told there weren’t any in the house. Upon arrival we discovered TWO of each. Hot tub was not usable the first few days due to being dirty and foamy, called rental management company and they sent someone to drain it half way through our week. It looked like someone had just emptied a trash bag on the ground. The floors were dirty with sand all over. The outside pool area was dirty; both pools and the hot tub had sand in them. We had to use the hose to spray down the whole outside area. There was sand in one of the tubs, which tells me it wasn’t cleaned. We found at least four cockroaches in the house. Two vacuums from the basement utility room didn’t work (they wouldn’t pick up anything). The main TV in the living room (on the top floor) didn’t work either. The dryer vent on the second floor was clogged, so we had to run loads of laundry three to four times to dry everything.
