The management company sent someone out right away to clean the pool though. Only 5 fabric deck chairs which doesn’t seem adequate for a house that size and 2 were ripped and unusable when we arrived so we had to sit on our beach chairs. Would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan for sweeping up sand but couldn’t find one. Kitchen missing some basics like a large frying pan and the oven was broken so hopefully that has been repaired or replaced for the next renters. The location makes up for a lot though ##### Laura M. Prior to our stay there was a tropical storm. That being said there was sand everywhere, ripped screens,sand in the sliding doors and ice maker needed defrosting. When we arrived the pool did not work, the dryer did not work, the hot tub did not work and the walkway to the beach is buried in sand. It took a week or so working with management to get things fixed. They knew we had it rented so not sure why this was not done before our arrival. Unfortunately it was the week my family was with us to visit. The house was clean except for the carpets. The rug in the living room smelled so bad we had to roll it up and put it out if the room so we could sit on the couch. Some of the furniture needs replacing.
