Looks like it was newly painted inside. Best part was the porch/ deck. Located across street from another line of beachfront homes. Had to walk 1/2 mile down the street to get to beach access. Not great. Area kind of untidy. Landscaping poor, if any. Hot tub area needs some help. You don’t want to step or sit on anything around there. The kitchen utensils all need updated. The knives couldn’t cut butter. Coffee maker ok. Fridge ok. Showers not bad. No drawers to put clothes in. Tiles on floor in bedrooms broken/cracked. Apparently water gets in if door not closed properly. We had problems opening and locking the main door. Needs replaced as maintenance said happens at this house. Guess I was expecting much better.
