"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. "A great place to stay. Nothing super fancy, but just what you need for a decent price. I know that most hotels do it, but I think asking money for parking is kind of ridiculous. Should be included in the price of the stay. We were able to park just outside the property for free so it was ok. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfasts were great, very tasty and lots to choose from. We’ll stay in Margareta again when we’ll come back to Balatonfüred."

It is close to everything, restaurants, entertainment, city center, and yet the hotel and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, the staff is very friendly, helpful, like family. The breakfast is delicious. It is like home away from home, I return every time I come to lake Balaton."
