"While the hotel was nice and the staff very courteous, the maintenance of the property is not up to what you would expect for the amount it charges. The walls had seepage all over the property and the paint and plaster was flaking off in our room. Additionally, they had these unpainted cement repairs all over the place. "Property is good. Rooms were neat and food was good, service was also nice. The only let down is their banquet hall which is creating severe problems for people staying in rooms. They are playing music in extreme volume which is really pathetic for someone who is in room. We complained too many time but no one did anything. This is the only reason I am giving star. Also, rats are there inside the room on the AC vent area"
