"Good location of the hotel and central to all that Hammamet has to offer. About 35 mins from Enfida airport. Other than shops, a theme/water park and a boat harbour, there isn't really much else to see. The beach is 100 metres from the hotel and is fairly clean and stretches for miles, with all other 5 class hotels situated on the beach strip. The hotel, although 5 class, is really 4 star at best, and in need of serious modernisation. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner as part of an All Inclusive is satisfactory offering international and local cuisine. The cuisine is fairly extensive however lacks every day variety and quality and is perhaps not in keeping with a 5 star but rather a 4 star hotel. There are also 3 a la karte restaurants (Tunisian, Mediterranean and Italian) that can be booked 24 hours in advance on the All Inclusive but cuisine was average. Pool facilities offer the usual entertainment and again adequate but found the music poolside to be rather loud. Adequate sun loungers. Rooms are clean but basic. Plants on the balconies are not well maintained. Gym is basic, dusty, but functional. Overall a 3.75 out of 5 is a fair rating from me."

"I hate giving it 5 star rating as I want to keep this hotel as my secret hideaway! But credit where it is due. This is my 3rd visit in the last 9 months and I will continue to come back. The team are amazing from the reception and porters, to the waiters and valets, the chefs and the life guards to housekeeping and the bar and of course not to mention the excellent entertainments team. I cannot commend the hotel highly enough. It is formal but informal, with fellow guests enjoying the facilities and welcoming feel with the environment being super enough to want to dress up for dinner! I recommend it to anyone who wants a quality hotel in a beautiful hotel with a great beach!! This time I had a room in the main hotel which was not disappointing but I usually have a bungalow which I love for the character of the brick ceiling. I have to also mention the spa - what a fabulous plus for the hotel. The treatments are professional and thoroughly enjoyable, great value and all in beautiful surroundings. Even though I am off to another hotel I will be coming back to book spa treatments as they are top notch! Well done team - missing you all already but will return. Keep up the good work."

"If you come expecting 3 star, you will be very pleasantly surprised. If you come expecting 4/5 star - you will of course be disappointed. The rooms are basic (no fridge, hair dryer, kettle) but they were clean and spacious - 3 star. Food wise its very good - 3.5 star (maybe 4 if you will try new things) It's more like a AI hybrid model. You can come and not spend a penny, but if you want all the bells and whistles, expect to have to pay a little bit. Eg. there is fruit juice from machines at breakfast, but for freshly pressed orange juice in front of you, it's a small charge (£1ish). You get ice lollies free 24 hr, but if you want ice cream and waffles etc. there is a charge. There is a lovely Ottoman style coffee shop on site, it is chargeable, but you can get a coffee from a machine day or not for free. There is wood fired pizzas and pasta and chips all the time, but there is so many other lovely local dishes to be tried and fresh stations for omelettes, flat breads, donut, fried fish, kebabs etc.If you want sausages, burger and chicken nuggets at ever meal though, this maybe isn't the place for you. Alcohol - the wine and beer are nice, the spirits aren't great quality and are limited in terms of choice. This didn't matter to us as don't drink much and there is also the paid bar if you prefer. Staff are 5 star. Can't do enough for you. if you have an issue please just tell them and they will do all they can to make it right! Animation team at 100 star."
