"This is nice villa with a swimming pool at a great location in Sapanca. However it looks like it was not maintained well over time, for examples, the kitchen cabinets do not open and close properly. We had a plumbing problem in one of bathrooms that was fixed on the second day. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlardan diğer tüm personele kadar herkes çok ilgiliydi; tencere, tuz gibi ufak ricalarımızı bile anında ulaştırdılar. Otelin bize sunduğu teleferik hediyesini zaman kısıtlamasından dolayı (saat 6'ya kadar vaktimiz kalmadı) bu sefer kullanamadık ama sonraki konaklamamızda ilk işimiz olacak.
