My last visit was canceled on the day i was supposed to check in due to emergency surgery, and even though i didn't pay for the insurance they still refunded my money for the stay. I'm always happy with them. Thank you. "

"The mini home was spotless and I liked that they have contactless check in. There was no need to stop at the office I had everything that I needed in the email that they sent me. They even text me to be sure I had all the information that I needed. "

"Not allowed to check in, called about my reservation and they said something with my payment method was wrong but never give me an option even when I tried to pay with a different card, at that point was unable to cancel because was already past the check-in time and charges had already made to my card, wasting of time and money"

"We’ve stayed at a lot of cabin rentals and this was one of our favorites! So clean, newer build everything worked perfect has all the amenities you need and more! Beautiful views and sunsets the animals were great to have around. We were fortunate to meet the owners they were so welcoming and had a lot of info about the area. The town is close so shopping and food is easy to access if needed but the property is very secluded. We didn’t want to leave and hopefully will get back there again sometime! Highly recommended "

"This lodge is very accommodating for large groups! The kitchen and pantry area is fully stocked with everything you could possibly think you’ll need for appliances. The main area is extremely spacious and could easily fit our group of 55 people. "

"Warning. The owner heavily drinks and lives here learking around all hours of the day throughout the home. SOME of the animals are in the kitchen ...the owner is observed tending to the animals while cross contaminating food in the kitchen due to unsanitary conditions that need to be investigated for future use as a VRBO host. The owner provides an unsafe environment by keeping her key in the front door in the deadbolt allowing anyone to enter and exit at any time. It is so filthy we could not sleep on the bed, the host followed us into out rooms with slurred speech and drunken behavior throughout the duration of our stay making is so uncomfortable we avoided this environment as much as possible. We were consistently interrupted and did not have any privacy and had additional demands to keep our doors shut at all times to prevent cats from entering our rooms. The tv did not work. The kitchen was not safe to use as the current stove is shattered and needs to be replaced. The owner is medically compromised and has her pills all over the kitchen and hwr personal belongings all ovwr the house there is no space for a family vacation. She even asked my spouse to clean her house because she couldnt clean in before we arrived. The owner admitted to over charging us. We will be requesting a refund after not receiving the service's that were advertised unclearly. This was a dissaster and i would have preferred to sleep in my car. Unsanitary, unsafe, dysruptive environement."
